PETEY'S 5 SPICE RIBS

Get your ribs from you favorite local butcher or supermarket and lets go...
- Rub ribs with Chinese 5 spice!
- Bake in oven for 2 hours, let rest or refrigerate.
- Heat Grill to 400°
- Grill Meat side down for 5 minutes. then Bone side down for 20 minutes.
- Take a water bottle.. poke a hole through the cap and introduce steam to the grill for the last 5 minutes of grilling.
- Cover ribs with Baby Ray's sauce and have a nice day!
