PETEY'S 5 SPICE RIBS

Get your ribs from you favorite local butcher or supermarket and lets go...
  • Rub ribs with Chinese 5 spice!
  • Bake in oven for 2 hours, let rest or refrigerate.
  • Heat Grill to 400°
  • Grill Meat side down for 5 minutes. then Bone side down for 20 minutes.
  • Take a water bottle.. poke a hole through the cap and introduce steam to the grill for the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  • Cover ribs with Baby Ray's sauce and have a nice day!
