GRILLED PEACHES

Ingredients
Peaches
Honey
Blu Cheese
Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Pre-heat gas or charcoal grill. Place peaches cut side down on grill for 2 minutes or until grill marks form. Turn peaches over and add approximately 1 tbs. honey (or use a squeeze bottle type honey to fill) to the middle of each half where the pit had been removed. Add a handful of Blu Cheese to the top and grill for another 5-8 minutes or until the cheese has thoroughly melted. Place peach halves on a serving platter cut side up and serve warm with your favorite foods.
